DIPOX® “RF-MS20” reso-flex screed, a homogenous 15-25mm thick levelling screed is installed as a perfect levelled subfloor for epoxy coatings or screeds to any new or old concrete surface, after adequate preparation and safely bonded with a special resin primer and the surface gets a power float finish;

DIPOX® “GF-SF50” grano-flex screed, a homogenous 50mm thick granolithic, resin modified screed is installed as a final heavy duty flooring in strictly dry production and warehouse areas without sloping needs. a defined mixture of granite, silicate and silica aggregates together with fibre-mesh reinforcement is applied to any new or old concrete surface, after adequate preparation, safely bonded with a special resin bonding agent, the screed would be vacuum treated with a power float finish with surface hardening agent, to achieve a non-dusting, nearly impermeable surface structure, colour: grey

DIPOX has the expertise, equipment and manpower to cast concrete floor slabs with the most modern and efficient vacuum technology. Especially in Africa, where concrete floors are mostly left untreated with additional floor toppings and/or wear resistant coatings, a vacuum treated concrete slab reinforced with synthetic fibre mesh instead of normal BRC wire mesh provides for a client highly improved wear-resistance of the surface together with unequalled accuracy, smoothness. Using a computerized mobile concrete batching plant with daily capacity of 80-100m³ (based in Lagos) or 50-60m³ (based in Accra) concrete supply and vacuum surface treatment capacity of 300-400m² and 150-200m² respectively, both methods together will achieve a considerable time saving and guaranteed quality, if compared with conventional cast concrete. The most suitable applications are for :

Sub Floors : sloped or non-sloped concrete without need for screeding suitable for Epoxy and/or Polyurethane and/or tile floor toppings

Final Floors: sloped or non-sloped concrete for production, warehousing, storage and driveways
