D I P O X ® - E P O X Y and PU - Multi-layer Coatings in 5mm + 3mm + 2mm are carried out according to its own recipe’s, formula’s and application know-how, DIPOX® Epoxy and PU Multi-layer Coating Systems are fullfilling current EEC hygiene and building standards for any type of Food Processing and Pharmaceutical Factory (incl. bottling, beverage, fruit, dairy, cheese, meat and fish processing) with sloped, seamless, acid resistant and easy to clean flooring and walling. Any type of processed food falling on the floor shall not to be in contact with a cementous and/or contaminated flooring. DIPOX® Epoxy Resin Coating Systems are guarantying compliance with these EEC-standards and food-grade certified epoxy resin systems and coatings are available. DIPOX® Epoxy Multi-layer Coating Systems are also available as non-static (conductive) floors with or without copper mats for explosion proof room environs. Because of its superior combination of durable thicknesses of up to 5mm and optional fibre mat reinforcement layers together with exceptionally high chemical resistance.
