Epoxy Mortar Screeding

DIPOX® Epoxy Mortar Screeds are installed at essentially lower costs, faster and easier than any comparable tile flooring with acid resistant properties. A 10mm thick homogenous layer of epoxy mortar screed is hand applied on new or existing screed or concrete. Thinner layers are not advisable for high thermal / mechanical loads normally found in production areas.

PU Mortar Screeding

D I P O X® Polyurethane-Beton-Mortar-Screeds with 10mm thickness have been developed to complement todays industry requirements especially in heavy-duty, wet areas of the Pharma, Food & Beverage sectors with hot water resistant up to 120° Centigrade.

Resin Modified Screeding

D I P O X®  –  Resin & Hardcore Screeds & Vacuum Concrete  in 150 + 80 + 50 + 40 + 20mm have been proven since more than  30 years now and these are perfectly complementing the range of Epoxy Floor Systems. Five different groups of resin and hardcore floorings for industrial purposes are available.

Floor Coatings based on Epoxy and PU

DIPOX®  Epoxy Multi-layer Coatings are applied on a fine (trowelled) cement screed with 2-3mm or 3-5mm thickness in either two or three layers. The surface can be with a glazed finish or with a slightly rough, slip proof finish. Such floorings are suitable for laboratory, canteen, factory office, social and hospital rooms as well as pharmaceutical plants.

Wall Coatings based on Epoxy

DIPOX® Epoxy Wall Coatings are applied on fine (trowelled) cement plaster in three layers. The nearly 1mm thick coating is acid resistant, mould-free and can be steam cleaned. Epoxy compounds for expansion joint fillers, epoxy cove bases, stainless steel drainage systems as well as trench drain coatings are available.

Portable Water Approved Linings

DIPOX® Epoxy Tank Linings are applied to steel as well as to fine trowelled cement plaster surfaces, normally with a 3-layer coating with or without fibre reinforcement mats, all applications are solvent-free (no odours) and are available also certified for potable water (food-grade) use and can be used after a 48hour curing period, prep. may require sandblasting.

Swimming Pool Linings

DIPOX® Epoxy Swimming Pool Linings are applied on smooth, screeded concrete walls and floors, normally with a 3-layer coating including synthetic fibre reinforcement mats, this application is solvent-free (no odours) and has a permanent flexible layer to bridge hair cracks appearing from the concrete sub layer.

Concrete Polishing

DIPOX® polished concrete is available on hardcore granite screeds and concrete surfaces with the HTC® 7-stage “Superfloor” Diamond grinding method.

Epoxy Membrane Roofing

DIPOX®  Epoxy Roof Coatings are applied on trowelled cement screeds or concrete in three layers including a synthetic fibre reinforcement mat. The nearly 2mm thick coating is flexible, UV-resistant and crack-free. Epoxy compounds for expansion / construction joint fillers, as well as prefabricated epoxy membranes for sealing of joints can be provided.
